How do I find the best sitting and standing height for me?

Generally, the optimal desk height for sitting is about 0.4 times your height, and for standing, it's about 0.62 times your height.

Everyone can use the VVEANACE electric adjustable desk to find their ergonomically correct work height.

How do I choose the right tabletop size?

For a comfy view, aim for at least 19.7 inches of distance. And keep 5.9 to 7.9 inches of space around your monitor for a good work posture.

Are the tools needed for installation included in the packaging?

Our desktops come pre-drilled with holes, and we include the screws and the corresponding wrench. But you'll still need to bring your own screwdriver.
